EYE CANDiDS: @melissagorga

Not gonna lie… I love my dose of Real Housewives… particulartly Atlanta and New Jersey.  Of course, I always pay attention to the makeup!  I caught a re-run of the Summer Solstice party from RHONJ last night, in which I could not stop analyzing Melissa Gorga’s makeup.  She’s already gorgeous naturally… and has beautiful skin, but her makeup is also always perfect!  She normally wears a lot of neutral and earthy, warm tones in bronze, gold, light to deep browns and warm-orangey browns.  She has great lid space for her eyeshadows as well, which makes her shadow colors stand out even more.  To finish off her eyes, she is either wearing a GREAT mascara on naturally full/long lashes… or has on a good set of false lashes.  Either way… Melissa is definitely someone in the face scene to be recognized! 

She has 3 kids, is loyal to her husband, and amidst all the drama from the show, maintains her dignity and self-respect.  There are plenty of times when her sister-in-law, Theresa, (who I used to adore) has offended Melissa and tried to alienate her from the housewives’ scene, but Melissa always responds like a woman.  As soon as Theresa understands that no one is trying to play games with her, there won’t be so much turmoil.  I also particulary like that Melissa has alot going on, being the matriarch of her family, but she makes sure to keep up with herself through working out, fashion and beauty… and she also seems really humble!
